I chose extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper, a tad of wild raw honey and one lemon as my dressing. If you like animal protein you can always opt for organic chicken or wild fish. Berries also give your salad antioxidants and loads of color and flavor! *FOOD HEALS* This dish is low on the glycemic index which means it won’t spike your insulin levels and is also hormone balancing with lovely greens.
