Gluten Free Banana Oat Pancakes!

Guilt-free banana oat pancakes are so tasty and simple to make!

1 cup of gluten free oats

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 ripe banana

2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp raw honey or real maple syrup to serve

Combine all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth pancake mix consistency (you may need to use more almond milk).  Pour the batter in a pan or in your favorite waffle maker and serve with raw honey or real maple syrup and ENJOY!
